Rib-knit mittens in Sol lambswool yarn. These mittens are knitted top down in the rnd. First a double layered rib edge for the wrist is made, and then the remaining part of each mitten is knitted following a set of charts.

The needle sizes varies, depending on the knitted size of the mittens:
Women: Double pointed needles 3 and 3.5 mm, or circular needle 3 and 3.5 mm if the method Magic Loop is used
Men: Double pointed needles 3.5 and 4 mm, or circular needle 3.5 and 4 mm if the method Magic Loop is used
Gauge
The gauge varies, depending on the knitted size of the mittens:
Women: 24 sts x 32 rows = 10 x 10 cm in 1x1 twisted rib at needle size 3.5 mm (after washing)
Men: 22 sts x 30 rows = 10 x 10 cm in 1x1 twisted rib at needle size 4 mm (after washing)
